Ashley Mayberry gave is an update on the YMCA. There are many exciting programs available to help us "Move something every day." She also taught us how to read food labels and determine a healthier mix of food for our diet. Ahsley advised us to eat fruits and vegetables instead of carbohydrates. She said,  "If it's green it's better,"  but Leslie Gattis opined that green and good does not apply to cheese or old slices of luncheon meat. Everyone left the meeting feeling better.
