Rotarian of the Quarter for January-March 2020, Scott Franklin, has been hard at work making personal protective equipment for the COVID-19 pandemic. Through the Rotary Foundation, the Rotary Club of Plainview was able to purchase an additional printer to significantly enhance PPE output. Franklin and 2019-20 president Jay Givens had an opportunity to talk to Rotary International about the work Scott and others are doing during this unique time in our world.
