Lydia Castillo was named Plainview Rotary Club's Rotarian of the year for 2013-2014. Lydia took the lead on many beneficial club projects including student of the month and scholarship awards, Rotary Youth Leadership Award camp, Running Water Draw Arts and Crafts Festival and others.
