July 29 2017 Rotary club of Plainview Participates in Operation Serve, Operation Serve is and service project organized by First United Methodist church of Plainview. Participants work in many different areas, yard work for elderly, visit retirement homes and interact with residents by playing games, singing , doing nails, or just visiting, some participants worked on a downtown project restoring a building that will be used to for new businesses to get a start with subsidised rent. Other participants work on a Habitat for Humanity project painting a house.. And even more project that I cant remember . The Rotary Club of Plainview participated in cleaning up and elderly widows yard and removed some over grown bushes and other debris from the property, after lunch some of the team moved to the downtown project working on the business incubator while others went to the retirement home. All together over 132 man hours .jpg)
